FAQ
How many players can my Rust server handle?
Roughly: 8 GB suits ~40–60, 12 GB comfortably runs a ~125-slot server, and 16 GB handles larger maps or high entity counts. Map size and plugins move those numbers as much as raw player count.
Can I run a modded (Oxide/Carbon) server?
Yes. Install either framework from the panel and add any uMod plugin. Both are fully supported.
Can I schedule automatic wipes?
Yes — set map and blueprint wipe schedules so your server resets on a predictable cadence, including force-wipe Thursdays.
Can I change map size and gather rates?
Absolutely. World size, seed, gather multipliers, and blueprint settings are all editable from the panel.
Can I cancel or change my plan?
You can manage your plan in our store. Log in to your account, and you will see a list of products you have purchased. You can upgrade or downgrade to other Rust plans. You can also cancel, but we hope you don’t.
